ARBURG 270C & 320C, the top brand of injection machine in Germany, are deployed with material handling robots to uplift production efficiency.

Using dedicated catalytic de-binding furnace, the platic ingredients in the injected parts can be quickly de-binded to required lost rate and prevent deformation, fracture and voids issues during the de-binding process. With the dedicated de-binding furnace, Jarson can effectively control the part quality and accuracy.

All the s sintering furnaces are equiped with 6 temperature sensors inside the chamber to precisely monitor and control the temperature. The well controled furnace can ensure uniform heating environment and produce quality part with accurate dimensions.
